INOVAA and SABE, programs under CEMI, have impacted youth and elder people in a period of five years. This impact has provided access for a better access to continue higher education. Also the ability in collaboration with public agencies to help elderly people with their human right needs. The municipalities mentioned below are the ones that CEMI has strong ties and the amount of people served in a five-year period under the INOVAA and SABE programs.
